New Delhi/ Bhubaneswar, Sep 08 (ANI): Even as Senior Congress leaders Jagdish Tytler, and several others were booked by Bhubaneswar police today, in connection with a clash between party supporters and policemen during a rally that left over 260 people injured, Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee President, Niranjan Patnaik defended his stance saying that the rally was called to make a point, not to beat up someone. Speaking to media persons in New Delhi Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that any kind of violence must be condemned, adding that stringent action must be taken against the accused.
