Opposition parties slammed union Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid, for meeting Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf in Jaipur. Ashraf is scheduled to visit Ajmer today to offer prayers at the shrine of Sufi saint, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, with the members of his extended family. BJP said that Ashraf’s visit to India is against the feelings of the Indians. While slamming Khurshid, defence expert, Bharat Verma said that Khurshid has contradicted Prime Minister’s policy and has also broken the protocol. Earlier, a cleric at the shrine, Dewan Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, declared to boycott Ashraf’s visit to protest brutal killing and beheading of Indian soldiers by the Pakistani Army.
