Muzaffarnagar court denies bail to 8 rioting accused
A Muzaffarnagar court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of eight accused arrested for their alleged involvement in the recent communal violence in the Kawal village of the district.
Chief Judicial Magistrate KP Singh turned down the bail plea of the accused who have been charged for taking out processions, carrying weapons and blocking roads and highways in the area on August 29.
Tension had erupted in the village after three persons were killed in a dispute following molestation of two girls of a particular community by the youths of another community.
